I am in love with the view here it is magnificent. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Room service is excellent they brought what ever we wanted to our room even if it was at night. Can’t forget about the workers they’re so nice and friendly also do their work perfectly. Everyone should at least come once to this hotel you wouldn’t want to miss it.

Service was very bad. We gave our cloths yesterday for washing and drying and we were promised to get them in the early morning around 9 or 10 am maximum. They delayed us saying the drying machine is not working. Very bad service for such a beautiful location.

The most dreadful experience! Could not and WOULD NOT recommend this hotel. The receptionist and his assistant unprofessional, quite rude and not accommodating! Had booked and paid for 2 nights for 4 people. When we arrived at 4pm for check in informed that we only have room for 2 but we can push 2 sofa chairs into the already small room but have to charge you extra for 2 chairs!!! While waiting in the lobby, I used the ladies WC, only squatting toilet available, others not working. Used the squatting toilet but no paper. And no paper to dry hands after washing. And this is the main lobby ladies toilet. We left immediately and went to another hotel. Honestly, couldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

We got room with waterfall view, the weather and nature was amazing. Rooms are clean and comfortable as expected. Staff friendly. The food was ok, with only a few options. I would say that worse thing was the activities that you can do at night, no options available except sitting in the restaurant.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights. It was one of the best hotels i tried in Turkey. The location, service, cleanliness, food and entertainment were great ! I enjoyed every minute. Above all I loved how hospitable the staff were.
